Experiential Brands, a portfolio of fast-casual restaurant concepts, is et to expand its footprint by opening its venues at three universities in the US.

The company will open eateries at Auburn University, East Carolina University, and the University of Tennessee, marking its entry into non-traditional markets and college campuses.

This move is part of a broader strategy to target diverse consumer segments in high-traffic venues.

Experiential Brands said the new university locations will offer students and faculty access to its diverse dining concepts, including The Original Hot Chicken, Flametown Burgers, INKED Tacos, and Pinsa Roman Pizza.

Each campus will feature a combination of these brands, providing a variety of fast-casual dining options tailored to an on-the-go demographic.

At Auburn University, the company is set to open The Original Hot Chicken, Flametown Burgers, and INKED Tacos in October.

East Carolina University will welcome Flametown Burgers and INKED Tacos in September, while the University of Tennessee will see the launch of The Original Hot Chicken and Pinsa Roman Pizza.

Beyond the college campuses, Experiential Brands has also established an international presence with locations in London and Dubai.

The company is preparing to open a brick-and-mortar location of The Original Hot Chicken in Toronto, Canada, later this year.

Additionally, Experiential Brands recently introduced SocialBites, a food hub that combines all four restaurant concepts and BarSocial in a single venue.

Experiential Brands founder and CEO Aziz Hashim said: “Our restaurant concepts are expertly designed to fit into a space like a college campus, as a food truck, or as a stand-alone restaurant. We're excited to grow our non-traditional presence across college campuses.

“Being a part of the on-campus community with our university partners gives students and staff the opportunity to enjoy delicious, affordable meals to curb any craving.” In June last year, INKED Tacos and The Original Hot Chicken opened their new dual-concept restaurant in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
