FAT Brands has announced its continued expansion in Texas with the opening of a new Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express location in New Braunfels, contributing to the brand's growth in the state.

This launch represents the tenth Texas location for the burger chain.

Since its inception more than seven decades ago in Los Angeles, Fatburger has been celebrated for its grilled burgers.

The Fatburger menu has options such as Fat and Skinny Fries, crispy chicken sandwiches, turkeyburgers and milkshakes made from real ice cream.

FAT Brands’ fast-casual division COO Jake Berchtold said: “Since we first landed in Texas, we have developed a loyal fanbase who seeks us out for our made-to-order burgers and premium toppings.

“Looking ahead, we are just getting started from a growth perspective with over 40 locations slated to open across the state in the coming years.”

Complementing the Fatburger offerings, Buffalo’s Express presents a menu featuring both bone-in and boneless chicken wings with an array of sauces.

All wings are served with carrots, celery and a choice of blue cheese or ranch dressing.

In celebration of the new establishment, Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express will offer a year's supply of free Original Fatburgers to the first 100 customers at the grand opening event taking place on 17 November.

In July 2024, Fatburger expanded its menu with the introduction of new chicken offerings throughout the year.

The brand rolled out Hand-Breaded Crispy Chicken Strips and Nashville Hot Chicken Strips, both seasoned with Frank’s RedHot Nashville Hot Seasoning.
