Favor Delivery integrates with Toast platform

The integration aims to streamline restaurant operations in Texas.

US-based online food delivery platform Favor Delivery has announced its integration with Toast, a cloud-based digital technology platform for the restaurant industry.

The collaboration aims to help restaurants in Texas streamline their operations by directly integrating Favor's marketplace platform with their point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Toast's partner ecosystem, which includes more than 200 partners, provides technology and services that assist restaurant operators in increasing sales and enhancing guest engagement.

Toast business development senior director Keith Corbin said: “We are thrilled to welcome Favor to the Toast partner ecosystem, and delighted to offer our Texas customers a way to simplify and streamline their restaurant operations by integrating the Favor delivery platform directly with their Toast POS.

“By partnering with Favor, restaurants across Texas can streamline the ordering process for their customers and manage their menus in real time, all in one place.”

Favor, established in 2013 and headquartered in Texas, operates in more than 400 cities with a network of more than 100,000 delivery drivers across the state.

The company's services are known to assist restaurants in boosting their sales and brand awareness within the Texas market.

“We could not be more excited to help restaurants streamline their operations and provide an even better guest experience through Favor and Toast's integration.

In February 2024, Customer engagement platform Brightloom announced a strategic integration with Toast.

The collaboration empowers restaurant brands to utilise their Toast data for the seamless creation of personalised content and engagement strategies.
