American fast-casual restaurant chain Fazoli’s has relaunched Pizza Baked Pasta in the US for a limited time period.

Part of the global franchising company FAT Brands, Fazoli’s will be offering Pizza Baked Pasta in three different varieties, namely Pizza Baked Pasta, Meaty Pizza Baked Pasta, and Supreme Pizza Baked Pasta.

Fazoli’s said that its Pizza Baked Pasta includes a penne pasta that is smothered in the chain’s signature Pizza Bake Sauce, loaded with mozzarella and pepperoni, which is then baked.

Meanwhile, its Meaty Pizza Baked Pasta features classic ingredients, in addition to Italian sausage and bacon while the new Supreme Pizza Baked Pasta is made using Italian sausage, bacon, red and green peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

From 5 September, all three versions of the dish will be available at Fazoli’s restaurants until the end of this year.

In addition to Pizza Baked Pasta, the restaurant brand has also expanded its dessert menu for autumn with Pumpkin Cheesecake made by The Cheesecake Factory Bakery.

The dessert item will be available until 30 October 2023.

Fazoli’s marketing vice president Tisha Bartlett said: “At Fazoli's, we’re dedicated to crafting innovative Italian dishes.

“The return of our Pizza Baked Pastas is a celebration of that commitment, and we’re eager for our devoted fans to once again enjoy a quintessential Fazoli’s classic.”

Established in 1988, Fazoli’s menu includes Italian pastas, sub sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and desserts.
