Provider of financial technology solutions Fiserv has launched the Clover Kitchen Display System to streamline restaurants’ order management.
The company noted that the new system will sync kitchen and front-of-house operations, offering kitchen staff a real-time view of tickets and other key metrics.
Fiserv Restaurant Solutions head Krystle Mobayeni said: “With the continued rise of in-person dining and the growing demand for online ordering, it’s never been more critical for restaurants to have seamless systems in place to manage orders.
“We’re committed to developing all-in-one solutions like Kitchen Display System to streamline processes and bring a new level of efficiency to thousands of restaurants across the country, helping modernise their operations and create exceptional experiences for diners and staff.”
The tech company claims it will facilitate seamless order fulfilment and eliminate lost orders while increasing restaurant efficiency.
The system will also offer restaurants industry-specific expertise and integrated technology such as Clover point-of-sale (POS) and business management platform, as well as the BentoBox marketing and commerce platform.
Fiserv explained that its system will help restaurants diversify revenue streams, increase operational efficiency and transform the guest's dining experience across brick-and-mortar and digital interactions.
It will also provide metrics such as prep time and fulfilment tracking, helping restaurant operators to monitor the team’s performance and adjust processes accordingly.
