American steakhouse restaurant chain Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is set to open a new location in Tampa, Florida on 9 September 2024.

Situated at 4342 West Boy Scout Blvd, the 13,000ft² venue promises a blend of Californian elegance with a coastal twist, mirroring its Napa Valley inspiration.

The new venue's design integrates a porte-cochère [a doorway large enough to admit vehicles] and 16-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows to provide natural light.

A central feature of the restaurant is a glass wine vault holding 2,500 bottles from around the globe, positioned behind the newly introduced Rooted Wine Bar by Fleming's.

The interior design includes soft cork wallpaper and custom seating embroidered with Fleming's F emblem, and the ambient fragrance of "Newport at Night".

The dinner menu will include A5 Japanese Wagyu, Australian Wagyu with tableside shaved black truffles, Gorgonzola Gnocchi, locally sourced Gulf Grouper and Bedford Scallops.

The bar will offer a wine pairing menu, tailored wine flights and guided tastings led by a wine steward.

The restaurant will serve small plates such as Imperial Kaluga Caviar Service, Oysters with Bourbon Barrel Smoked Trout Roe and Lobster Ravioli.

The main bar offers a Social Hour from 3pm to 6pm daily, with bar bites and hand-crafted cocktails in the lounge area.

The venue features four private dining rooms, including a Champagne Room.

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar currently has 60 locations nationwide.
