Australian catering software company Flex Catering has announced its expansion into the UK catering industry with a cloud-based platform designed to streamline operations and drive growth.

The move comes as the UK catering sector witnesses growth.

The Flex Catering platform is tailored to meet the increasing demand from caterers and restaurants focusing on corporate clients, offering an all-in-one solution to optimise operations for both single and multi-site businesses.

With robust online ordering capabilities and integration with local delivery services, Flex Catering states that its platform is designed to manage high order volumes.

It also features kitchen reporting and B2B [business-to-business] account management tools that enable operators to plan, execute and elevate their catering offerings, ensuring a premium service experience.

Leading the company's UK expansion, Flex Catering chief operating officer Cris Matsunaga said: "Flex Catering is excited to bring our innovative platform to the UK. We've built a solution that addresses the operational challenges of caterers and restaurants, enabling them to scale their businesses and offer excellent service at every level."

The company’s influence is rapidly growing, having already partnered with global brands such as Dairy Queen and Delaware North.

In early 2024, Flex Catering entered the US market with its cloud-based catering management platform. The partnership with Dlivrd in October 2024 reflects its aim for a strong US presence and global expansion.
