Fogo de Chão, a restaurant chain specialising in southern Brazilian cuisine, has announced the launch of its spring 2024 menu innovations and The Fogo $44.
The new menu is being launched in the company’s US locations and in Puerto Rico.
The brand’s spring menu features novel dishes such as Foie Gras Crostini and Picanha Tartare, offering new flavours and premium ingredients.
The Fogo $44 menu presents guests with a selection of seasonal fire-roasted cuts, including Picanha and Fraldinha, complemented by signature Brazilian side dishes and a choice of desserts.
These offerings are part of a limited-time promotion designed to enhance the dining experience with a taste of seasonal freshness.
Fogo de Chão's Bar Fogo offerings have also been refreshed for the season and a range of new cocktails - the Gold Rush, the Hunt Box, Our Negroni, the Tequila Thyme and the Chocolate Martini - have been introduced.
The Market Table salad bar also sees new additions such as Crispy Chickpea Kale Salad, Greek Salad, Mango Black Rice Salad, Spring Hummus, Apple Manchego Salad and Tomato Mozzarella Soup. Its dessert menu now includes Cheesecake Brûlée.
Fogo de Chão CEO Barry McGowan said: “Springtime at Fogo is rich with innovation and flavour, as our new seasonal offerings are crafted with our dynamic guests and food explorers in mind.
“With our spring menu innovations, we continue to provide unrivalled value and quality to our guests by incorporating seasonal ingredients and offering the most flavourful and nutritious dining choices.”
In February 2024, Fogo de Chão unveiled its plan to expand its footprint in the US state of Maryland with a new location in Towson.
To open in late 2024, this will be the chain’s fourth restaurant in the state and the second in the Baltimore area.
The 7,924ft² restaurant at 825 Dulaney Valley Road, Towson, will join the brand’s existing Maryland locations in Baltimore, North Bethesda and National Harbor.
