Fortis partners Xina AI to transform restaurant ordering process

Payment technology provider Fortis has partnered with voice-ordering applications provider Xina AI to transform the restaurant and hotel ordering process.

The alliance aims to reduce wait times, ensure order accuracy and offer greater flexibility in menu customisation, leading to increased efficiency, lower labour costs and an enhanced customer experience.

Xina AI's platform is designed to simplify the ordering process, allowing customers to place orders using their voice and eliminating the need for physical menus or touchscreens.

The AI technology is capable of engaging in a natural, conversational manner, which enhances the customer's experience.

By combining Fortis' expertise in secure payment solutions with the advanced AI and natural language processing capabilities of Xina AI, the collaboration aims to alleviate common industry challenges.

In addition to improving the ordering experience, the platform also provides easy menu customisation, personalised upsell recommendations and real-time order tracking.
