Casual dining restaurant concept GEN Korean BBQ has introduced its all-new premium menu at all its locations across the US.
The premium menu, showcasing premium-quality proteins, is now offered for an additional cost per person or individually.
Diners can select from options including beef, pork, chicken and seafood and enjoy the interactive experience of grilling their own food.
GEN Korean BBQ co-CEO David Kim said: “We always strive to improve on our guests’ dining experience, and this premium menu truly delivers on that commitment.
“With the new gourmet-level entrées on this new menu, you can take your GEN feast to the next level while enjoying traditional Korean and Korean-American food, as well as some non-traditional items like our new Taco Sampler.”
GEN Korean BBQ’s Premium Menu offers dishes such as the Premium Marinated Long Bone Short Rib Steak and Premium Wagyu.
Other options include Premium Marbling Center Cut Marinated Short Rib, Al Pastor, Pollo Asado, Carne Asada, Premium Cajun Shrimp, Premium Taco Sampler (Carne Asada, Al Pastor, Cajun Shrimp), Kimchi Fried Rice & Cheese, Kimchi Fried Rice and Build Your Own K-Ramyun.
GEN Korean BBQ, founded in 2011 by two Korean immigrants in Los Angeles, now operates 40 company-owned locations. Guests take on the role of chefs, cooking their meals on embedded grills at each table.
Its menu features traditional Korean and Korean-American cuisine, offering meats, poultry, seafood and mixed vegetables.
