Ghost Kitchens has deployed Richtech Robotics’ robotic beverage system, ADAM, at its Dawsonville location in Georgia, US.
The Dawsonville Ghost Kitchen, located inside a Walmart, is the first of 240 planned locations in which ADAM will be installed.
A non-binding letter of intent was signed between Richtech Robotics and Ghost Kitchens for the installation of the robotic beverage system.
At the Dawsonville location, ADAM, equipped with artificial intelligence, serves both traditional and speciality coffee drinks, including the Iced Foamy Hazelnut Latte.
ADAM's integration improves efficiency and customer engagement at the sites.
Richtech Robotics will oversee the programming, maintenance and repair of the ADAM systems. Ghost Kitchens will be responsible for location logistics, staff management and leasing.
ADAM's fully integrated touchscreen point-of-sale system facilitates ordering and payments, while its intelligent conversation AI offers a unique and engaging customer experience.
Richtech Robotics president Matt Casella said: "ADAM's introduction to the beverage industry addresses several key challenges, including the need for consistency, efficiency and a memorable customer experience.
“By automating drink preparation, ADAM is intended to allow human staff to focus on creating meaningful connections with guests, thereby elevating the overall customer experience.”
The ADAM system is designed to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by delivering consistent beverages.
Customer feedback on ADAM has been positive, highlighting the system's potential to redefine service standards, according to a statement from Richtech Robotics.
Casella added: “The engagement with Ghost Kitchens provides important momentum as we continue to execute our business plan and provide value for stockholders. We expect ADAM to significantly improve operational capabilities at Ghost Kitchens' Walmart locations.”
