Golden Era Hospitality Group has unveiled plans for the launch of Oro, a new upscale rooftop restaurant, in South Beach in the US state of Florida.  

The establishment, which aims to blend fine dining with entertainment, is set to open in the autumn of 2024, marking the latest expansion of the group's dining portfolio.  

Spanning 15,000ft², Oro will be situated at 818 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida, and will operate daily from 5pm until 2am. 

The debut location, run under the guidance of chef Victor Munoz, will feature a global cuisine with a focus on local ingredients. 

Menu highlights include pairings such as bananas and caviar, tom kha crudo [Thai coconut chicken soup] and dry-aged rohan duck with lavender, and sweet potato, hibiscus and red rosebud jus.  

The menu is further enhanced by signature cocktails and fine wines. 

The 300-seat venue is decorated with golden arches and floral arrangements, and offers selection of premium meats and seafood, including crab, fish, lobster and caviar.

The venue will also house Elixir, an entertainment space set to open at the end of 2024.
