Canada-based Good Earth Coffeehouse chain has partnered with the real estate firm Marcus & Millichap to expand its footprint in the country.
Under this new partnership, Marcus & Millichap will act as the coffeehouse chain’s national real estate representative. It will be responsible for searching for prime locations from Vancouver Island to Ontario.
Through this strategic partnership, Good Earth Coffeehouse aims to drive its nationwide expansion strategy and further bolster its brand’s presence in the region.

Marcus & Millichap will seek spaces that are approximately 1,500ft² in size to establish new coffee shops.
It will also focus on smaller kiosk sites in diverse settings such as street-front locations, multi-use buildings and shopping centres.
