Chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay opened its new Lucky Cat restaurant in Manchester city centre on 1 June 2023, Manchester Wire reported.
Inspired by the 1930s Tokyo kissas and drinking dens, the new restaurant features dining vaults and extensive private dining spaces.
The three-floor restaurant also has private bars to elevate every event.
Lucky Cat Manchester restaurant has been open four years after it was first launched in London's Mayfair in 2019.
According to The Caterer report, the restaurant's menu offerings range from Asian-inspired small plates to Robata-grilled dishes, sushi and sashimi, all created in an open kitchen.
The main dishes offered by the restaurant include the Korean-spiced black cod with gochujang and daikon, Wagyu sirloin steak with mushroom and wasabi and roasted lobster with yuzu beurre blanc and furikaka.
The opening of the Lucky Cat restaurant is part of the brand’s plan to expand in the UK and the international markets.
The restaurant group currently operates 36 locations in the UK and casual dining brands such as Bread Street Kitchen and Street Burger.
It has 14 licensed locations in Europe, the Middle East and Asian regions.
Last month, Gordon Ramsay announced the opening of two new restaurants at The ROW in Reno, Nevada.
The two restaurants, Ramsay’s Kitchen and Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, are set to open later this year inside the Silver Legacy Resort Casino.
Both restaurants will be located on the mezzanine level of Silver Legacy.
