GoTo Foods, previously known as Focus Brands, has selected Qu as its point-of-sale (POS) platform provider to enhance guest experience and data management.
The Qu POS platform will be rolled out for all seven GoTo Foods' brands: Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky's.
GoTo Foods aims to improve customer experience across all channels and consolidate enterprise platform capabilities through this deployment.
Qu’s modern micro-services architecture, combined with a triple-redundant commerce cloud, is set to provide GoTo Foods with normalised data.
This will equip the analytics and insights teams with clean, centralised and uniform data that is easier to interpret and to act upon.
The Qu computing solution improves redundancy and speed, with real-time syncing between the public and in-store clouds, while reducing dependency on internet connectivity.
Qu CEO Amir Hudda said: “This unique collaboration with GoTo Foods is a confirmation of that strategy and underscores the value of staying focused and continuing to invest, even through the massively disruptive Covid environment.”
GoTo Foods is looking to leverage real-time data to create economic value for franchisees and their businesses, enabling them to make more informed decisions promptly.
GoTo Foods chief technology and data officer Nandu Gandhi said: “Our strategy remains to provide best-in-class resources to our franchisees and Qu is a unified omni-channel technology platform that all of the brands within the GoTo Foods portfolio can benefit from.
“We are currently in the pilot phase and rapidly expanding across brands. We look forward to getting this technology in the hands of our franchisees and their businesses to provide a reliable and stable POS solution.”
In February 2024, Nékter Juice Bar selected Qu as its preferred POS provider as it continues its expansion.
