Fast-casual bowl and wrap restaurant brand Gusto! is expanding its presence with a new location set to open in Atlanta's West End on 26 September 2024.

It will be the brand's first restaurant connected to a food hall and its 14th location overall, with 12 already established in metro Atlanta.

gusto!’s new restaurant was designed by architecture firm Office of Design and will occupy an exterior corner of the building along the Beltline's Westside Trail.

The venue will offer guests direct access to a large patio and greenspace, which is equipped to host events.

The fast-casual brand is known for its fresh take on global cuisines, allowing customers to personalise their meals.

The process starts with a choice between a bowl or wrap, followed by the selection of a base protein.

Options include smoky Chipotle Mango Avocado and Tahini Cucumber Feta.

gusto! founder Nate Hybl said: “gusto! is excited to expand its footprint in this fast-growing neighborhood that is craving healthier food options.

“We believe in providing life-giving food and spreading goodness quickly for our guests and communities. This vibrant area with good energy is something we want to be a part of as an Atlanta homegrown brand.”

Meanwhile, in another development, Pacific General sold its stake in Playa Bowls, a US franchise known for its superfruit bowls, to Sycamore Partners in early September 2024.

Established in 2014, Playa Bowls has 250 locations across 22 states in the US.
