Ohio, US-based Hall of Fame Village, a division of Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company, has announced the launch of a new restaurant concept, Gridiron Gastropub.
The official grand opening will take place on 8 November 2024. The Gridiron will offer an upscale, casual dining experience, blending locally sourced ingredients with the lively ambience of a sports bar.
The Gridiron Gastropub will become a culinary hub within the Hall of Fame Village's Fan Engagement Zone, taking over the space previously held by Don Shula's American Kitchen.
The establishment is designed to cater to sports fans, families and culinary aficionados.
Its design features chalkboard walls that display the day's special food and beverage offerings, adding an engaging aspect to the environment.
The walls are decorated with vintage football murals and a collage of US National Football League legends, while inspirational quotes from famous football players are framed in turf and displayed vintage trophies connect diners to the heritage of the sport.
Hall of Fame Village president and CEO Michael Crawford said: “We are thrilled to introduce Gridiron Gastropub to Hall of Fame Village.
“Our goal is to offer a delicious selection of seasonal menu items that are made from scratch. The restaurant pays tribute to the game of football while also bringing the community together through exceptional, locally sourced food in a fun and energetic environment.”
The menu at the Gastropub will satisfy a variety of palates, with each dish prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The brunch menu includes signature offerings alongside a bottomless mimosa cart.
Lunch options range from appetisers to handhelds, while dinner features plates with pork, chicken, seafood and beef options, and a selection of starters.
