The UK department store Harrods is getting ready to unveil its revamped Dining Hall, which will have four new eateries, according to a report by The Caterer.

The new chefs who plan to open their restaurants include Masayoshi Takayama, Neha Mishra and Athanasios Kargatzidis.

Takayama, who currently operates Masa, a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York, will be opening his 'Sushi by Masa' restaurant at the Dining Hall in October 2023

The oval-shaped counter has a seating capacity of 40 and will serve a-la-carte sushi options, as well as an omakase menu.

Dubai-based Neha Mishra's ramen concept will offer shio paitan, Wagyu tsukune, yakitori and Tonkotsu ramen.

Through its Assembly Mezze & Skewers restaurant, Kargatzidis will serve Eastern Mediterranean cuisine to customers.

The Dining Hall will also feature Pasta Evangelists’ revised offerings created in collaboration with two-Michelin-starred chef Giancarlo Perbellini.

Harrods restaurants and kitchens director Ashley Saxton was quoted by various media houses as saying: “This new evolution of the Dining Hall, one of the most iconic spaces within Harrods, will introduce an array of phenomenal new restaurants for guests to enjoy alongside exceptional cocktails, as well as live music and entertainment.

“Providing a truly unique dining experience for an evening out, this is the next step to support our vision of building Harrods as a leading late-night dining destination in London.”
