Haven Hot Chicken links with Bikky to support growth 

Founded in 2020, Haven Hot Chicken has expanded to nine locations.

New England, US-based Haven Hot Chicken, a Nashville-style hot chicken concept, has announced a partnership with customer data platform Bikky to fuel growth with in-depth guest insights.  

The collaboration is set to enhance Haven's unit economics by providing enterprise-grade technology to support its scaling efforts. 

Founded in 2020, Haven Hot Chicken has expanded to nine locations.

The brand's commitment to growth and unit economics necessitated a partnership with a technology provider that could offer agility, usability, and responsive support — qualities that were found in Bikky. 

Since implementing Bikky's platform, Haven has gained the ability to track and analyse guest behaviour across all its restaurants, empowering the brand to make informed decisions about menu items, such as retaining its Caesar salad due to its strategic role in driving customer frequency.  

Bikky's insights have also enabled Haven to understand guest demographics better, aiding in marketing strategies and site selection for new locations. 

With detailed information on its guest base and core demographics, Haven is well-equipped to navigate the challenges of inflation and interest rate fluctuations as it plans further expansion in 2025.  

Haven Hot Chicken president and co-founder Jason Sobocinski said: “Before Bikky, we were in the dark about our guests but pretending we had night vision goggles. We were doing our best with what we had, but there was so much we didn’t know.  

“The data that Bikky provides gives us a clearer picture of our guests, giving us answers to questions from our menu to marketing, and helping us better evaluate real estate as we open new locations.” 

Bikky's innovative guest data and analytics platform has also been adopted by brands such as Dave’s Hot Chicken and Bojangles.
