US-based fast-casual restaurant brand Hawaiian Bros has increased its store network with two new locations in the state of Texas.

The first location in Texas has opened in Tyler City, while the second will open in late December in the city of Midland.

The two new locations will be opened by Stine Enterprises as part of a franchise agreement signed in 2023 which aims to bring Hawai'ian-style island-inspired food to Arizona and North Texas.

Stine Enterprises has agreed to develop 75 Hawaiian Bros' restaurant locations.

Since forming the agreement, Stine Enterprises has opened two ghost kitchens [food businesses that serve customers by delivery and pick-up based on phone and online ordering] in Arizona. Stine plans to further expand the brand's reach to its tenth market, with two new Hawaiian Bros locations in North Texas.

Stine Enterprises president and owner Adam Stine said: “Texas has been an ideal state to expand the Hawaiian Bros brands.

“It's been a pleasure thus far to have franchised with Hawaiian Bros, starting in Tempe and Phoenix and now in Midland and Tyler. We're looking forward to what North Texas has to offer!”

Hawaiian Bros' menu includes chicken or pork glazed with sweet, savoury or spicy sauces, macaroni salad, steamed white rice or vegetables, and Dole Soft Serve dairy-free frozen dessert.

Hawaiian Bros owns and operates more than 40 restaurants in eight states across the US, and has expanded its franchise opportunities in 2023.

In July 2023, Hawaiian Bros signed its fourth franchise agreement with the Ohana Restaurant Group.

Ohana will develop Hawaiian Bros restaurants across the US states of Kansas (Wichita), Missouri (Joplin and Springfield) and Arkansas (Bentonville, Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale and Fort Smith).
