Multi-brand restaurant company Inspire Brands has expanded its partnership with Fiserv to streamline omnichannel commerce across its restaurants in North America.
Inspire Brands’ portfolio includes more than 32,000 Arby's, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin', Jimmy John's and Sonic Drive-In restaurants worldwide.
Fiserv, which already serves Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin' and Sonic brands, will now combine in-store, in-app and online shopping for several other restaurant concepts of Inspire.
Fiserv will be responsible for driving unified customer experiences and enhancing operational efficiency.
It will streamline omnichannel commerce across Inspire Brands’ company-owned and franchised locations.
Inspire will make use of Fiserv’s global commerce platform, Carat, to improve payment experiences across its digital and physical footprint.
The tech vendor said that Carat will also help the restaurant company combine its settlement, reporting, analytics and other functions.
Furthermore, Fiserv will also simplify the way Inspire’s portfolio of restaurants links to the latest payment technologies and technology providers.
Inspire CFO Kate Jaspon said: “As buying experiences become more connected to customer loyalty, enabling seamless interactions across channels has become critical to our success.
“Inspire’s expanded relationship with Fiserv will simplify and improve how we serve our customers through any platform or payment method they choose.”
Fiserv Global e-commerce and Carat head Casey Klyszeiko said: “Our expanded relationship with Inspire exemplifies how large enterprises are making targeted investments to create deeper, more unified experiences for customers while optimising costs.
“By simplifying their commerce model, Inspire will be able to better streamline in-house operations.”
In July this year, Inspire Brands partnered with mParticle to create transformative customer experiences and improve its return on investment across media channels.
