Jack in the Box is introducing its Angry Monster Taco, a spicier version of Monster Tacos that the brand plans to relaunch for this Halloween season.

The restaurant brand is also re-introducing the Monster Taco for the third year in a row in its original form alongside its spicy counterpart.

In a statement, Jack in the Box said: “Jack in the Box champions tacos of all sizes—from tiny tacos to monster-sized—and knows variety matters.

“An order of Monster Tacos includes two monster-sized tacos with melted American cheese, shredded lettuce and taco sauce. Its spicy counterpart, Angry Monster Tacos, are a spicy alternative wrapped in a red shell. Join the Jack Pack for early access to these two iconic items on 20 September.”

In addition to the tacos, the restaurant will also offer limited-edition treats for the Autumn season (September to November), including the Basic Witch Shake and Pumpkin Croissant Bites.

From 25 September, Monster Tacos, Angry Monster Tacos and other limited-time offers will be rolled out across Jack in the Box restaurants nationwide until 19 November 2023.

These items will also be available on the Jack app and website.

Earlier this week, Jack in the Box announced that it is expanding its footprint with a new opening in Ogden, Utah.

The company said the new restaurant is its first drive-through-only location that features its CRAVED image.
