US-based quick-service restaurant chain Jack in the Box has unveiled the Big Smashed Jack burger, an upgrade to its existing Smashed Jack.

The company said in a statement that the new item offers a bigger and better experience, containing almost three times as much beef as a leading competitor's burger.

The Big Smashed Jack features two quarter-pound smashed patties, American cheese, fresh toppings and a special sauce on a triple brioche bun.
