Independent food distributor JD Food has collaborated with tech firm Pepper to overhaul the digital ordering experience for its customers in Central California.
JD Food offers a wide range of products, including fresh produce, speciality goods and US Department of Agriculture (USDA) processed meats, through their affiliated company, Certified Meat Products.
The food distributor caters to the needs of a broad clientele comprising restaurants, hotels and healthcare providers.
As part of the new partnership, JD Food is now implementing Pepper’s online catalogue and payment platform to boost its overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
