American fast-food restaurant chain KFC has expanded its menu with two new chicken wrap variants.
Honey BBQ and Spicy Mac & Cheese wraps will be available for a limited period.
The wraps are an addition to the fast food chain’s chicken wrap menu line, which already has three other options, All Recipes reported.
Existing options are the Classic Chicken Wrap and the Spicy Slaw Chicken Wrap, introduced in February 2023, along with the Mac & Cheese Wrap launched in November 2023.
The wraps are offered as part of KFC’s "two-for-$5" deal which is available in-store, on the KFC app and for customers ordering from its website.
According to a report in Nation’s Restaurant News, the new Spicy Mac & Cheese Chicken Wrap combines a soft tortilla with an Extra Crispy Tender, mac and cheese, spicy mayo and a blend of three cheeses.
The Honey BBQ Chicken Wrap features the same Extra Crispy Tender complemented by honey BBQ sauce, mayo and pickles.
KFC is seeking to address the demands of a wider customer network with varied preferences while providing its chicken offerings in a wrap format.
KFC US chief marketing officer Nick Chavez stated: “KFC is THE destination for fried chicken wraps. We are serving up bold new flavours and big deals to help curb the post-holiday blues and give your wallet a break."
