US multinational doughnut company and coffeehouse chain Krispy Kreme has added three new doughnuts to its Flavors of Fall collection.

The new additions have been rolled out across all participating Krispy Kreme stores in the US.

The collection features New Caramel Pecan Brownie Doughnut, Classic Blackberry Crisp Filled Doughnut and Cinnamon Latte Lover Doughnut.

Caramel Pecan Brownie Doughnut is an Original Glazed Doughnut that is dipped in brownie batter icing and crowned with candied fall pecans and a salted caramel drizzle.

The Classic Blackberry Crisp Filled Doughnut comes with a blackberry filling and is dipped in cinnamon icing and topped with granola.

Finally, the Cinnamon Latte Lover Doughnut is dipped in cinnamon icing and topped with a dollop of cinnamon latte buttercream and an autumnal leaf candy piece.

The company noted that the new collection is available now through Thanksgiving.

Customers can purchase the new additions in-shop and for pickup or delivery via Krispy Kreme’s app and website.

The company added that customers can also order the Spiced Apple Filled Doughnut and Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut, which will be available in a pack of six.

Last month, Krispy Kreme teamed up with Warner Bros Discovery Global Consumer Products to introduce its first Scooby-Doo Halloween Doughnuts in the US.

The Scooby-Doo Halloween Dozen includes a limited-edition custom Scooby-Doo dozens box and new doughnuts, available at any Krispy Kreme outlet in the country.

Robots are well established in consumer goods and packaging industries, though adoption in foodservice is at a nascent stage

Current metaverse applications in the T&T sector either focus on digital marketing campaigns with real-world rewards for consumers, creating immersive experiences on-site for digitally savvy consumers through AR and VR metaverses, or improving operational efficiency through digital twin technology. As the metaverse evolves, it could offer virtual travel opportunities that complement traditional tourism. However, uptake of the metaverse by smaller travel and tourism operators will remain limited until use cases are affordable and provide a guaranteed return on investment.
