American quick-service restaurant chain Krystal Restaurants is set to open its new restaurant design location in Wilson, North Carolina.
The new C-Store design has been developed in collaboration with Circle K.
The design maximises the space available for the restaurant, improves guest accessibility and creates a productive working relationship between the convenience store and restaurant partners.
Circle K Restaurants head Josh Ware said: “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Krystal and bring the brand to Wilson.
“Our brands are aligned on strategic efforts to serve multiple dayparts, and we look forward to welcoming guests to experience the iconic Krystal menu in an innovative space alongside the great products and offers available at Circle K.”
With a sleek and contemporary design, the Wilson location is projected to open in mid-2024.
SPB Hospitality added Krystal Restaurants' 300 quick-service locations to its portfolio of hospitality brands in April 2023.
SPB Hospitality CEO Josh Kern said: “We are proud to bring our standout business model and our innovative restaurant design to the state of North Carolina.
“As we focus on expanding the reach of our brand and how we can best serve our guests, design plays a key role, and we look forward to continued operations optimisation in both our traditional and non-traditional layouts.”
Krystal was established in 1932 and has a presence across ten US states in the US with more than 3,500 employees.
