The decision follows consideration of the city's demographics, economic growth and its proximity to Lime House’s main branch in Hamburg, according to a release posted on RestaurantNews.com. 

Rochester is New York state’s third-largest city with a population of 207,000, offering a substantial customer base for Lime House.  

The city's culturally diverse population creates a clientele that appreciates international dining experiences.

The economic landscape in Rochester also bodes well for new restaurants.  

The city’s median household income of $44,156, along with consistent wage growth, enables residents to afford dining out.  

Located 70 miles from Hamburg, Rochester also offers franchisees the advantage of operating close to Lime House’s headquarters, facilitating easier training, enhanced operational support and increased brand recognition — all factors that contribute to the success of new franchises.
