Deliverect will integrate Little Caesars' third-party delivery channels globally with their POS systems.

American multinational pizza chain Little Caesars has teamed up with Deliverect, a SaaS [software as a service] food delivery company, for global delivery integration.

The technology vendor will focus on integrating and scaling the pizza chain’s global third-party delivery operations.

Deliverect will integrate Little Caesars' third-party delivery channels globally with their point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Facilitated by Deliverect's APIs [application programming interfaces], the integration will enable Little Caesars to manage direct integrations more efficiently, accelerate time-to-market and reduce costs associated with scaling their online delivery services.

Little Caesars locations will also benefit from the ability to manage menus and pricing globally while providing the flexibility to tailor menus for local market needs.

The technology is anticipated to lead to higher customer satisfaction, an increase in delivery order volumes and improved order accuracy.

Deliverect integrates online orders from food delivery channels, such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Deliveroo and Just Eat, allowing food service establishments to improve operations.

Deliverect co-founder and CEO Zhong Xu said: “Pizza is synonymous with delivery and we are thrilled to support Little Caesars in its efforts to elevate and scale its third-party delivery operations to serve its customers better.

“With our existing relationships and integrations with third-party delivery partners across the globe and our ability to streamline processes for our customers, we are uniquely positioned to support Little Caesars as they continue to thrive and expand across both marketplaces and geographic markets.”

The strategic move will strengthen Little Caesars’ delivery services in the US, Canada and Mexico, and improve operations in other international markets.

The pizza chain currently operates in 28 countries and territories, offering carry-out, self-service mobile order pick-up and delivery.

Little Caesars e-commerce and data analytics global vice-president Keith Faigin said: “As we continue to grow our presence around the globe, the ability to provide our customers with greater delivery options and to help our locations more efficiently offer delivery services, like we're doing together with Deliverect, is paramount.”

In November 2023, Little Caesars opened a new location in Leesburg, Georgia.

Located at 1385 US Highway 82W, the new venue will showcase Little Caesars’ retail technology for high-output guest self-service takeout.
