US pizza chain Little Caesars has expanded its menu across its New York City (NYC) locations with the launch of the new Detroit-style Slices-N-Stix.

The new menu item has been unveiled by the brand ahead of the opening of a Little Caesars location in Queens.

The combo consists of two slices of Detroit-style deep-dish pizza topped with pepperoni and served with four pieces of Italian cheese bread and its signature crazy sauce.

Detroit-style Slices-N-Stix will be exclusive to Little Caesars outlets in New York City and will be available across all its participating locations throughout the five boroughs.

Little Caesars chief marketing officer Greg Hamilton said: “We know this city takes its pizza seriously, and we're now giving New Yorkers an opportunity to taste something a little different.

“Whether you're born and raised in Detroit, Chicago or New York, we know that New York City residents and visitors will love the unique flavour of Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix.

“Pizza enthusiasts throughout NYC savour every detail from the cheese to the sauce to the crust. We're excited to witness Little Caesars fans enjoying a quick meal on the go as they head to the subway, a show or even on their walk home.”

Little Caesars also plans to further expand its footprint across the Tri-State area by partnering with multi-unit franchisees.

In May 2023, Little Caesars added Crazy Puffs to its menu in Canada.

Crazy Puffs are four handheld pieces prepared using freshly made dough filled with shredded cheese and pepperoni.

The dish is then finished with garlic sauce, Parmesan and Italian herbs and spices.
