Texas-based AI marketing automation platform Milagro has improved its Restaurant operating system by leveraging ChatGPT technology to provide a user-friendly experience for their customers.

Milagro’s restaurant software gathers actionable data, allowing owners to maximise customer engagement and boost revenue through personalised communications.

Milagro CEO Hamed Mazrouei said that the AI analytics and established formats will allow restaurant owners to access sales by location and view the top-selling items and staff performance.

Mazrouei said: “The incredible thing about AI is that it is always learning – 24/7 – as we continue to train it new categories and add data, it gets better at correlating data.

“We are truly seeing the realisation of a business owner’s dreams, the integration and capabilities of AI happening much sooner than we expected.

“In the next 12 months, the entire restaurant industry will change as we know it.

“All forecasting will be 100% accurate and allows for extreme efficiency where the AI will forecast sales and schedule labour accordingly based on YoY sales, holidays, and an employee’s past performance.”

When the AI intercepts a customer’s communication after a negative encounter, it will write a personalised message containing that customer’s input and give a customised incentive to generate a good engagement with that consumer.

The AI will also be able to correlate customer conduct and offer discounts depending on the preferences of each customer to boost measurable sales.
