Fast casual chain Nando's PERi-PERi has introduced a new summer menu in the US, featuring a new version of its PERi-charged bites.
This new menu has been rolled out across all Nando's restaurants in Washington DC, Virginia Beach, Chicago and Houston.
The restaurant also plans to launch its new menu in Dallas, Texas.
Nando's PERi-PERi North America chief marketing officer Sepanta Bagherpour said: “We couldn't wait to introduce these bold and inventive new menu items with Nando's lovers everywhere.
“Whether you're sharing a meal with friends in a Nando's restaurant or grabbing fuel for your next summer adventure, our menu has something that'll feel familiar but taste completely exciting and new.”
The menu includes spicy chicken kale Caesar and PERi ranch crunch salad. It also includes a rainbow vegetarian bowl and a PERi chicken rainbow bowl.
It can be served with sides such as PERi honey sweet potatoes, PERi Mac and Golden Cauliflower.
In addition to salads, bowls and sides, the menu includes a new beverage lineup called Red Sangria and Peach Lemonade Poncha.
Nando’s was launched in 1987 in Johannesburg, South Africa and has expanded its presence across 24 countries on five continents.
In 2008, the brand forayed into the US by launching its first site in Washington DC.
Currently, it operates 50 outlets spread across Virginia, Maryland, Washington and Chicago.
