US-based fast-casual chain Noodles & Company has broadened its footprint with a new restaurant in Williston, North Dakota.
The new venue is owned and operated by franchise partner Little Deep Pasta, a subsidiary of Cultivate Solutions. It is Little Deep Pasta's 16th Noodles & Company location.
Little Deep Pasta's portfolio also includes Noodles & Company outlets in Minnesota, South Dakota, Montana and Nebraska.
Little Deep Pasta chief operating office Dustin Jensen said: “We are delighted to continue growing our franchise portfolio with Noodles & Company and bringing Noodles' globally inspired dishes and flavours to Williston.
“With this new opening, we are committed to nourishing and inspiring every guest with high-quality food and excellent service. We aim to make Noodles & Company a staple restaurant of the Williston community and look forward to welcoming new and familiar guests to our restaurant.”
The Williston location offers an array of menu options to its customers. These include the classic Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, Chicken Parmesan, chef-curated salads and stuffed pasta dishes.
The new location offers dine-in and delivery options for guests.
Noodles & Company is expanding its franchise operations in 2024, particularly targeting the southern US.
Key markets include Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Texas and Oklahoma.

In December 2023, Noodles & Company expanded its menu with the CrispiDays line-up.
The new holiday-themed drop included seven limited-edition CrispiDays flavours: the Wonderland Crispy, Eight Toasty Nights, Home for the Holidays, Oh Deer, Reindeer!, Crispy Confetti, Naughty & Nice and Buddy’s Crispy.
