ONE Group launches holiday menu at two restaurant brands

The two restaurant brands will reward guests with a special bonus offer on all gift card purchases for the holiday season.

The ONE Group has unveiled new menu features and cocktails at its restaurant brands STK Steakhouse and Kona Grill for the 2023 holiday season.

The Christmas and New Year’s menus will be offered throughout December for dining in, including heated patio outdoor dining, take-out or delivery.

Guests at the STK Steakhouse will be offered "best-in-class steak" and other speciality dishes and classics such as Roasted Free Range Turkey.

Guests at the Kona Grill restaurants will be offered Prime Rib Surf and Turf and other favourites.

A range of crafted cocktails has also been launched by STK and Kona Grill and will be available until 31 January 2024.

ONE Group president and CEO Emanuel Hilario stated: “We’re thrilled to celebrate the holidays with these culinary offerings at both STK and Kona Grill, offering crave-able menu items and cocktails that are unique but comforting through wintertime.

“With delicious Wagyu from across the globe and Prime Rib Surf and Turf, coupled with a variety of festive holiday classics like Baked Ham and Roasted Turkey, you won’t want to miss celebrating your Christmas and New Year’s at our table.”

The two restaurant brands will also reward guests with a special bonus offer on all gift card purchases for the holiday season.

From now through 31 December 2024, the ONE Group also plans to donate a portion of every Santa’s Eggnog sales to the nonprofit organisation World Central Kitchen, which provides fresh meals in response to humanitarian, climate and community crises.

Western Europe foodservice market dynamics

The total revenue of the Western European foodservice profit sector totaled $685.3 billion in 2022, having declined at a negative CAGR of 2.4% during 2017–22. In 2022, FSR was the largest foodservice channel, with a value share of 25.9%, followed by QSR. However, the region’s foodservice sector is poised to bounce back as it is forecasted to register a CAGR of 8.1% by 2027.
