Quick-service restaurant chain Osmow's has boosted its presence in the US by opening its new restaurant outlet in Buffalo, New York.

Located at Walden Galleria, the new Osmow's restaurant will be offering its signature shawarma creations, catering to both carnivores and devoted vegetarians/vegans alike.

The restaurant brand noted that its Shawarma is a pitta wrap filled with chicken, beef, lamb, beyond steak or falafel, and is complemented by an array of add-ons such as fresh herbs, grilled veggies, feta, or house-made sauces.

Osmow's Walden Galleria store will be open seven days a week during the mall's open hours and will be serving Middle Eastern cuisine.

Osmow's Franchise Operations head and CEO Ben Osmow said: “Serving the best shawarmas in North America, it’s time for Buffalo to experience Osmow’s healthy, delicious, and super-popular shawarma and flavourful offerings.

“Enjoy proteins bursting with flavours of Mediterranean herbs and spices, with family, friends, or solo - in-restaurant or on the go!”

Established in 2001, Osmow's opened its first store in Streetsville, Ontario, Canada.

Since then, the company has expanded its footprint and currently has 155 locations and is expanding across the continent.

Last month, Osmow’s opened its first airport location at Toronto Pearson Airport in Canada.

Located in Terminal one’s domestic sector, Osmow’s new restaurant offers its guests a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern menu.

As the time of opening, Osmow’s noted that it anticipates its new location to further enhance the airport’s culinary landscape with its unique blend of flavours that reflects Toronto’s rich cultural diversity.
