US-based restaurant chain P F Chang’s has revealed its new limited-time seasonal menu for 2023, along with special offers to celebrate the holidays.

The restaurant chain noted that its new menu offers a seasonal assortment of dishes that highlight tastes from throughout Asia.

P F Chang's limited-time seasonal menu includes flaming filet mignon wontons, chili crab and pork belly fried rice, oolong Chilean sea bass, Chang's apple crunch, espresso martini, Good Fortune (a signature cocktail) and A Drink With No Name (a zero-proof cocktail).

P F Chang's chief operating officer Art Kilmer stated: “This time of year provides numerous occasions for gathering with loved ones over a decadent meal, and our limited-time menu has new selections to complement the festivities.

“Whether you're seeking expert-level catering service for a holiday gathering at home or aiming to give your family a special evening out, P F Chang's ensures every festive moment is unforgettable.”

The company’s holiday offers include P F Chang's Gold Rewards, in which its members will receive exclusive special offers this holiday season.

In April 2023, P FChang opened its new bistro in New Braunfels, Texas.

Located at 2982 Cold Springs Drive, the new full-service bistro was the company’s third location in Greater San Antonio, Texas.

Customer engagement drives metaverse investment in the foodservice sector

COVID-19 and supply chain disruptions following the Ukraine war have accelerated automation and digitalization in the foodservice sector. Home delivery services and consumer engagement through digital channels have become essential for businesses trying to stay afloat. Foodservice companies must also cope with ESG issues, the fast-changing world of work, and the global economy heading for recession and possible stagflation. The metaverse, enabled by both AR and VR, is an important tool that can help address many of the foodservice industry's key challenges.
