Food service technology company PAR Technology has launched the PAR Clear communications headset system, to enhance customer experience at drive-through services.

The system’s high-definition audio addresses common issues such as order inaccuracies and long wait times by offering superior audio clarity, extended range, and user-friendly controls.

It will help quick-service restaurants (QSRs) improve operational efficiency, order precision, and customer satisfaction.

PAR Clear's features include high-definition wideband audio and an advanced digital signal processor for audio clarity, even in noisy environments.

Its dual-array microphones are designed to capture every spoken word. The system's extended range, powered by DECT 6.0 technology, offers operational flexibility for various store layouts.

Moreover, the cloud-based management platform enables remote system oversight, ensuring seamless updates and troubleshooting.

The system's 11.6in wall-mounted touchscreen command console provides quick access to settings such as volume control and headset registration, independent of internet connectivity.

Designed with future scalability in mind, PAR Clear can accommodate multiple lanes and integrate with upcoming technologies, allowing operators to upgrade without the need for new hardware.

PAR Clear is now available to QSR operators, following successful beta testing.
