Paris Baguette partners Lunchbox to improve catering services

The initiative seeks to streamline operations by integrating order placement and fulfilment into a single system.

Paris Baguette, a bakery café chain, has struck an alliance with Lunchbox, a restaurant technology solutions provider, to modernise its catering services across more than 180 locations in the US.

The collaboration aims to enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency by introducing a comprehensive suite of online ordering and backend order management solutions.

It is a key element of Paris Baguette's growth strategy, enabling the brand to scale and meet the increasing demand for high-quality, convenient catering options.

By integrating Lunchbox's advanced technology with its current systems, Paris Baguette will offer customers a seamless ordering process for small and large events.

Franchisees are set to benefit from the integration, which will connect all digital ordering and catering aspects into a unified point-of-sale (POS) system, offering scalable sales solutions to local catering teams.

The initiative promises to streamline operations, from order placement to fulfilment, within a single integrated system.

Paris Baguette North America CEO Darren Tipton said: “Partnering with Lunchbox is a game-changer for Paris Baguette.

“As we continue to grow and innovate, it's crucial that we provide our guests with a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

“Lunchbox's technology will enable us to enhance our catering capabilities, offering our guests the same high-quality experience they expect from our in-cafe and online services.”

The new, fully branded online catering interface designed by Lunchbox will be rolled out to all Paris Baguette locations, aligning with the brand's commitment to providing a delightful and effortless catering experience.

The partnership will enable Paris Baguette to leverage Lunchbox's core products, including catering, marketing, customer relationship management, and call centre and delivery dispatch solutions.

Lunchbox chief revenue officer Stefan Hertzberg said: “We're excited to partner with Paris Baguette and bring our suite of catering solutions to such a beloved brand.

“Our goal is to empower Paris Baguette to deliver a unified, powerful catering experience that aligns with their brand values and growth objectives. We look forward to supporting their continued success as they expand their catering services across the country."

In early 2024, Paris Baguette opened a new location in Washington, US.
