Bakery café chain Paris Baguette has expanded its US presence with the opening of a new location in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The café opened at 3831 Edwards Rd Suite (Suite 400-B), OH 45209.
This launch is part of the brand's expansion strategy in North America, where it currently operates 200 bakery cafés with more in development.
The Cincinnati café is the fourth Paris Baguette location in Ohio and represents a step towards the company's goal of 1,000 units in the US and Canada by 2030.
Franchisee John Hong, who has extensive experience in real estate and franchise management, is spearheading the Cincinnati development.
Paris Baguette chief executive officer Darren Tipton stated: "We're on a mission to re-establish the neighbourhood bakery café as the heart of the community across the US, and we're excited to see John bring this to life in his local trade area".
Hong aims to establish Paris Baguette as an integral part of the local community, offering baked goods and “a great environment”.
He stated: "I'm absolutely thrilled to expand Paris Baguette further into Ohio and the greater Cincinnati community.
"As a brand I grew up with in South Korea, Paris Baguette holds a special place in my heart. Now, with the right timing and opportunity, I'm excited to share this delicious, high-quality experience with my community. Our goal is to create a welcoming neighbourhood café experience, where people can enjoy the best of French-inspired flavours, from buttery croissants to stunning cakes, and make Paris Baguette a beloved part of their daily lives."
In early January 2024, Paris Baguette opened an outlet at 2501 Research Forest Dr C, The Woodlands, Texas, US.
