Paris Baguette plans to sign 160 franchise agreements and open 64 new cafes by the end of this year.
Lavinder added that the company’s target markets for the coming year include Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.
It will also focus on Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia.
The brand, which is known for its bread, cakes, and pastries, aims to achieve the 1,000-unit mark in the US by the end of the 2020s.
