Pasture Restaurants, which specialises in serving steaks, is set to open a new location in Bristol, UK, by January 2024.

The new restaurant will be known as Prime by Pasture.

It will cover an area of 5,500ft² and feature a butchery, a deli, a cookery school and a burger restaurant.

The restaurant will be situated at a corner space that connects St Thomas Street and Cross Street in Redcliffe Quarter and will be open seven days a week from breakfast through dinner and has a seating capacity of 75.

This will be the restaurant's fifth outlet opened by the chef-owner Sam Elliott.

Elliott currently operates two restaurants in Bristol, Pasture and Radius. Pasture was opened in 2018 while Radius was launched in 2022.

Elliott also operates two restaurants in Cardiff, one of which was opened in 2020 and the other of which was opened earlier this year.

Furthermore, the deli of the new restaurant will sell various house-made sauces, rubs and marinades, along with fresh produce grown at Elliott's Buttercliffe Farm in Long Ashton, England.

Elliott aims to produce and sell the first bottles of wine from his vineyard at Buttercliffe Farm from 2025.

Elliott said: "At Pasture, we've always had a focus on high-quality food and sustainable production and Prime by Pasture will allow us to expand on this even further.

"The restaurant will offer an exciting breakfast and brunch offering and 'flip' to burgers for lunch and dinner."
