US-based fast-casual chain PepperJax Grill has implemented the full Paytronix platform to customise the digital guest experience.
This deployment is highlighted by the introduction of a new mobile app, enhancing the PepperJax Grill Rewards loyalty programme, which allows members to earn rewards at every interaction point with the brand.
PepperJax Grill decided to transition from its previous loyalty solution to Paytronix to develop a more engaging loyalty programme and mobile app as part of a comprehensive upgrade of its technology.
The collaboration with Paytronix also enabled the brand to introduce new features focused on catering and branded gift card distribution, accessible both online and through its new mobile app.

All newly introduced solutions are fully integrated, allowing gift cards purchased via the app to be used for online orders or catering services.
The enhanced PepperJax loyalty programme also empowers the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns swiftly while engaging customers through surprise promotions in the app, email marketing and other methods for rewarding loyal guests.
