Frozen dessert restaurant franchise Pinkberry has launched new Spiced Autumn Cider frozen yogurt across all its participating outlets in the US.

The company claims that its Spiced Autumn Cider tart frozen yogurt offers a balanced flavour of apple and cider spice in a frozen sweet treat.

It is topped with crumbole, apple cinnamon pie topping, and ground cinnamon.

Kahala Brands Marketing vice-president Melissa Hubbell said: “We are thrilled to introduce our new limited-time swirl. Our Spiced Autumn Cider tart offers guests the perfect combination of comforting fall flavours in a cool and refreshing swirl!”

The brand added that guests can customise their swirl with a wide range of toppings such as fresh, never frozen, fruit that is hand-cut in stores daily, as well as premium granolas and nuts, speciality chocolates, and much more.

Spiced Autumn Cider frozen yogurt is a limited-time addition and will be available across all Pinkberry participating stores until 2 November 2023.

Founded in 2005, Pinkberry was launched in Los Angeles, California. It was later acquired by Arizona-based Kahala Brands.

Kahala Brands is a franchising company, which has a portfolio of 30 quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands and approximately 3,00 locations in 35 countries.

In April this year, Pinkberry launched White Peach frozen yogurt across all its participating stores nationwide for a limited time period.

The tart frozen yogurt swirl was topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and strawberry peach puree.

Could the consumer industry be bolstered by the increased use of AI

The consumer goods, foodservice, and packaging sectors are undergoing digital transformation, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic and changing consumer preferences. Data science and ML are strong investments across all areas. For the most part, these sectors will not play a significant role in creating and developing AI hardware or platforms, but will instead help scale up the adoption of AI technologies, such as CV, conversational platforms, and smart robots.
