American gourmet pizza chain Pizza World USA Franchise has announced its plans to open five new restaurants in Florida.

The new restaurants are planned across key areas in the state including Tampa, Palm Harbor and New Port Richey.

The inaugural store is set to open in August 2024 at Odessa.

Pizza World USA Franchise development director Rod Wortham said: “We are actively seeking franchise locations throughout Florida. Our industry-low franchise fee - only 2.75% royalty - snd a 0% marketing fund show our commitment to making our franchisees successful.

“We believe the Florida markets offer tremendous opportunities for growth and are excited about expanding our presence in these regions.”

Each store will offer both carry-out and delivery services.

Its menu features options such as Create Your Own Pizza and gourmet flavours including Spicy Thai, Ciao Bella and Baja Taco.

Pizza World also serves subs, salads and chicken wings.

The brand noted that the expansion underlines the effectiveness of its franchise model.

It provides support and resources to its franchisees to ensure their success and growth in the pizza market.
