Pretzelmaker, a subsidiary of FAT Brands, has expanded its presence in Nebraska with a new outlet.

The Grand Island Pretzelmaker at 1229 Allen Drive, Suite A, Grand Island is the brand’s third store in the state of Nebraska.

The new store will serve customers freshly baked Pretzel Bites from Pretzelmaker, along with all-natural lemonade and sweet and savoury dipping sauces.

Pretzelmaker has been serving freshly baked, hand-rolled Pretzel Bites since its founding in 1991.

Pretzelmaker president Allison Lauenstein stated: “We are thrilled to continue Pretzelmaker’s growth in the state of Nebraska, with our third location to date.

“Through our latest store opening, we look forward to becoming a part of the Grand Island community, bringing our fresh-baked and hand-rolled snacks to even more brand fans in the area.”

In July 2024, Pretzelmaker launched its new Cheetos Pretzel Bites in the US market.

Made fresh daily, they are coated with Cheetos’ Cheetle – the dust that often clings to fingers.

In January 2025, FAT Brands launched a tri-branded restaurant in Roanoke in the US state of Texas, bringing together Great American Cookies, Marble Slab Creamery and Pretzelmaker under one roof.

The new concept provides products such as Cookie Cakes, customisable ice cream and fresh-baked Pretzel Bites at one location.
