Digital signage solution provider Raydiant has announced an integration with NCR's Aloha POS system, a restaurant point-of-sale and management software, to help restaurateurs scale experiences for their staff and customers.
With Raydiant’s cloud-based platform, companies can convert their workplace TV screens into communication hubs.
To do so, they need to plug Raydiant's ScreenRay device into the HDMI port on the TV and display messaging such as social media feeds and promotions.
The collaboration between Raydiant and NCR will help restaurants create digital menus and update them in real time while tracking inventory availability from a central platform.
This helps them instantly adjust pricing, add new products and roll out the updates to one site or across the entire chain.
Additionally, the integration with NCR Aloha allows restaurants to boost employee engagement and make use of real-time metrics to create friendly competition around promotional menu items or overall sales goals.
Raydiant CPO Robbie Knutson-Ratto said: “We are excited to announce our partnership with NCR, one of the largest POS providers in the restaurant industry.
“Our combined solution allows our customers to create engaging digital in-store experiences that delight their customers while also creating a motivating employee environment.”
Raydiant’s client base currently includes Chick-fil-A, Wahlburgers and Dickey's BBQ.
