US-based casual eatery Razzoo’s Cajun Café (Razzoo’s) has expanded its beverage menu with the addition of a selection of new French Quarter sips.

The new beverage menu includes a variety of liquors, from vodka to rum to tequila and more.

Razzoo’s introduced more than ten new fruity and colourful drinks, including three lemonades.

Razzoo’s CEO Philip Parsons said: “We always strive to create fun and flavourful drinks that our guests will love and keep coming back for.

“Guests come to us for a lively atmosphere, affordable offerings, and a beverage menu that offers something for everyone.”

Additionally, Razzoo’s is introducing two more shareable fishbowls, including The Big Blue Mamou and Pontchartrain Punch.

The Big Blue Mamou features Skyy Infusions Citrus Vodka, Mr Boston Blue Curacao, Finest Call Premium Citrus Sour, and Sprite.

Pontchartrain Punch is a combination of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Mr Boston Banana Liqueur, Mr Boston Blue Curacao, Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, and Sprite.

Razzoo’s has also announced the relaunch of Gator Punch, an 89oz cocktail served in a shareable fishbowl.

In May this year, Razzoo’s appointed Philip Parsons as its new CEO.

Parsons replaced Jeff Powell, who was given the role of chairman of the Board of Directors.

Customer engagement drives metaverse investment in the foodservice sector

COVID-19 and supply chain disruptions following the Ukraine war have accelerated automation and digitalization in the foodservice sector. Home delivery services and consumer engagement through digital channels have become essential for businesses trying to stay afloat. Foodservice companies must also cope with ESG issues, the fast-changing world of work, and the global economy heading for recession and possible stagflation. The metaverse, enabled by both AR and VR, is an important tool that can help address many of the foodservice industry's key challenges.
