US-based restaurant chain Red Robin Gourmet Burgers is expanding its footprint in the state of Ohio with the opening of a location in Rossford.

The new restaurant, situated in the Crossroads Centre at 9854 Olde US 20, will open for business on 11 January 2024. This marks the 18th Red Robin venue in Ohio.

Red Robin president and CEO GJ Hart stated: “Since bringing our gourmet burger magic to Ohio more than 40 years ago, this market has become one of our largest and home to some of Red Robin's most loyal guests.

“We congratulate our incredible partners at Ansara Restaurant Group on the opening of this beautiful new location and look forward to making memories with our Rossford guests over delicious burgers and bottomless sides.”

Operated by the Ansara Restaurant Group, a longtime franchisee of Red Robin, the Rossford restaurant will serve guests a variety of appetisers, salads, sandwiches, entrees and the chain's signature bottomless steak fries.

The menu will also include shakes and desserts.

The Rossford location will also feature a full bar serving premium craft brews, aligning with the growing consumer interest in craft beverages.

Ansara Restaurant Group currently operates three franchised Red Robin locations in Ohio and 19 in Michigan.

In May 2023, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers posted a 5.6% year-on-year growth in revenue for the first quarter of the year.
