Canada-based restaurant chain Crafty Ramen has launched its frozen ramen meal delivery service in Alberta.

The Guelph-based brand, known for its innovative take on traditional ramen, is now offering its frozen meals through online ordering.

The meals will be delivered across most of the province, including Calgary, Edmonton, Banff, Canmore, Red Dear and Medicine Hat.

They will also be available at select grocery stores, including all Calgary Co-Ops and most Federated Co-Op locations in Alberta.

Crafty Ramen co-founder and operations vice-president Miki Ferrall said: “Community and connection live at the heart of Crafty Ramen. Being able to bring all of Canada together over a bowl of ramen and share the comfort that comes with that is really a dream come true.

“Our dishes are something we're very proud of – so much care and attention goes into making each bowl imaginative and memorable; we're so excited to continue to grow our community and bring our uniquely Canadian ramen to Alberta.”

Crafty Ramen was established in 2017 and, since then, has served Japanese-inspired food to the community. It currently operates its restaurants in Guelph, Kitchener and Toronto.

In July this year, Crafty Ramen expanded its 'Heat and Eat' range with seven new flavours.

The company noted that its new range will also cater to the preferences of vegans.

Its extended line-up includes Tokyo Salaryman in Chicken, Pork and Tofu, The Gryphon, Vegan Mapo Tofu, Big City Smoke and a special Kid's Ramen.

Gen Z's focus on local and micro-tourism is reshaping the industry towards a more sustainable, community-centric, and culturally enriching approach to travel. This shift is not only influencing the destinations and activities that are popular but also the way travel companies market and provide services to cater to the preferences of this generation.
