Colony Grill, a restaurant brand that serves ‘hot oil’ bar-style pizzas, has opened its new location at the mixed-use development Cabin John Village in Potomac, Maryland.

Spanning across an area of 4,800ft², the new location marks the brand’s first investment in Maryland.

The restaurant will be open every day from 11:30am until late and will have a seating capacity of 175 across its dining room, bar and patio.

The restaurant also features a Wall of Heroes, which comprises portraits of veterans and first responders, as part of the company’s community leadership programme.

Patrons at the Colony Grill’s Cabin John Village locations have been requested to provide 8in x 10in photos of their friends, family members or themselves in their uniform.

The photos will be added to the existing collection that is already on display.

Colony Grill’s other locations also exhibit a Wall of Heroes honouring Connecticut’s connection to World War II.

Colony Grill chief operating officer Ken Martin said: “The Potomac area in general and the Cabin John Village development specifically are buzzing with activity and people from all walks of life.

Colony Grill currently has businesses in Connecticut, Florida, New York and Virginia.

Owned and operated by Colony Grill Development (CGD), the restaurants offer an array of pies ranging from $10.50 to $13.50.
